Telomere Timebombs Defusing the Terror of Aging showcases a revolutionary new way to think about aging and health, Dr. Ed Park’s entertaining and insightful new book introduces readers to Teloeres – repetitive DNA sequences that play a vital role in aging. Telomeres, if kept intact, can afford a lifetime of better sleep, healthier skin, better mood, better exercise recovery time, and even an improved sex life.
Life-changing Information
For millions, the fear of growing old is in itself enough to force out grey hairs and wrinkles. However, this compelling book presents a wholly-refreshing way to embrace aging and total health.
While life-changing, Dr. Park’s wisdom is far from complicated. In fact, using entertaining analogies ranging from queen bees to Volvo automobile repair, the book is poised to resonate with young and old around the world.
Synopsis
This fresh, fascinating and often funny book teaches you why we get old and sick and describes the journeys back to health and youth experienced after taking Telomerase Activation Medicine. It outlines a future in which Telomerase Activation Medicine has changed all your expectations about getting old.
Dr. Park explains how it works
”Telomeres, or ‘end bodies’ are the caps that protect our chromosomes like the plastic tips on shoelaces. Each time a cell divides into two daughters, the daughters are left with shorter telomeres. These telomeres caps shorten like burning fuses on the end of a firecracker. When those ‘fuses’ become too short, the chromosomes are damaged and the cell either stops functioning properly or dies,” he says.
Continuing, “There is a cure for this erosion called the Telomerase Enzyme, and it is built into every single stem cell in your body. Stem cells are like queen bees that need produce many thousands of worker drones, so a stem cell always needs to add back telomere length to prevent premature damage and death.”
By keeping the Telomere length as long as possible, the individual can enjoy prolonged vitality, youthfulness and overall health. This is achieved through an ingestible supplement called TA-65, a molecule discovered by scientists to be a Telomerase activator. As one of the first twenty people in the world to trial it and, after noticing astonishing results, Dr. Park became the first medical doctor licensed to prescribe TA-65. Since then, hundreds of physicians and tens of thousands of patients have jumped on board with amazing results and no adverse effects.
A New "Grand Unified Theory" of Aging and Disease
Since then, Dr. Park has created a stem cell theory of aging that is the basis of what he practices, called ‘Telomerase Activation Medicine’. With his renowned knack for presenting his concepts in an engaging and easy-to-understand way, Dr. Park likens it to the on-going upkeep of an automobile.
“Why not think of it as car maintenance? You are just changing your oil and replacing old parts. There is a man in New York who has maintained his Volvo for 3 million miles. Is the Volvo Corporation going to strike him down with a lightning bolt? No! They love him!”, he adds.
Those wanting to find out how to embark on their own personal journey back to youthful health by using Telomere Activation Medicine are urged to purchase this book.

Telomere Timebombs Defusing the Terror of Aging edition by Ed Park MD Health Fitness Dieting eBooks
I found the book interesting as a guide to what has been happening to me, and to others. I'm 69, and have been taking 3 capsules daily for a bit over a year. For me, the most immediate effect of TA-65 has been better sleep and vivid dreaming. And after a while, I realized that exercise recovery is faster. Dr. Park's description of the "upward spiral of health" is definitely true. One thing that caught me entirely off guard is that I had to buy new eyeglasses. The prescription for one eye improved from -2.5 to -1.5 in maybe 6 months. Of course it seemed like my vision was worse, and it was because the old prescription was no longer correct. Only time will tell if my vision continues to change, but I like the direction.
The biggest criticism I've heard about TA-65 is that it is unproven. And in today's world of drugs, that is a bad thing. Dr. Park explains that while TA-65 is new, the plant that it is isolated from has been used in Chinese medicine for thousands of years. It's sort of Silicon Valley Bio-tech meets traditional Chinese Medicine.
While TA-65 was selected on the basis of activating telomerase, the effects seem to go beyond what I would expect of just having longer telomeres. Dr. Park theorizes that there are at least 4 mechanisms of action: prevention, faster replication, stochastic, and apoptosis. He thinks that these mechanisms may explain delayed improvement that occurs only after the Hayflick limit is reached on damaged cells. Huh? Read the book...

Telomere Timebombs Defusing the Terror of Aging edition by Ed Park MD Health Fitness Dieting eBooks Reviews
I am emphatically enjoying my read of Telomere Timebombs and suggest all health nuts, skeptics, philosophers, or anyone with an inkling of mental agility give it a go. I am reading this after already devouring most of his online educational material and testing TA-65 on myself and family. There have been noticeable results which I keep from my review for privacy concerns, but you need not believe me to just be curious enough to dig in. I did not start a fan of Dr. Parks worldview, but his logic and clarity have won me over. I was admittedly already “biologically aware,” with some sense of emergent systems and the tyranny of previously held beliefs in us all, when I originally challenged Dr. Parks seemly unbelievable suggestion that disease and aging remediation could be so "simple." Probably this book will provide a great deal of cognitive dissonance and getting to the other side of that will be everyone’s own personal journey...in which many will not succeed, that being said the material in this book is presented in the most palatable manner. He is a rare scientist/doctor able to write about technical material in the most engaging manner. I’ll be curious to see what backlash arises as people’s conceptions of life’s possibilities are radically challenged. I for one am still trying to work out the implications given that I now find Dr. Park’s account of aging and aging remediation the most convincing one out there. For those who find this dubious as I initially did, please engage in the discussion and elucidate where he and now I are missing something, but at the same time perhaps be mindful of all of our own biases towards protecting our unquestioned hidden belief systems and if possible state objections clearly with theory, mechanisms or data that can be constructively engaged with. Most of all enjoy the philosophical challenges this book poses.
The science behind the book is well established. Dr. Ed Park shows genuine concern for his patients and his many followers. The book is very enlightening and underscores the importance of a telomerase activator for those wishing to increase their heath-span. Although I have some differing viewpoints in regards to religion - Dr. Park's personal insight reflects his many years of schooling and life's experience and does a good job of presenting this to the audience. He is a Father, a Son who lost his father to illness, a Husband and a well studied MD. After following all of the scientific studies of telomeres and that of TASCIENCES, those of Dr. Elizabeth Blackburn and Carol Griedor, and watching all of Dr. Parks videos on YouTube, his presentation of the scientific evidence and presentation of the clinical evidence of telomere activation has me thoroughly convinced. I totally enjoyed Telomere TimeBombs, although it may be geared to those in the medical community or those who have an underpinning of knowledge of the biology involved - I would recommend this book as it is on the cutting edge of the science of anti-aging.
I thought the concept was interesting and perhaps if TA-65 ever became affordable I would be interested in trying it. However, when writing such a book I believe it is important to have it edited thoroughly. When there are several "little" mistakes in the book, it takes away from credibility. For example Location 925 "GGGTTA from 5' to 3', our RNA matching complimentary template would read CCCUUT from 3' to 5' (U is for Uracil, the RNA chains' particular flavor of (A)denosine)." Yet as anyone who has taken even a high school biology course knows, it would read CCCAAU and the Uracil replaces Tyrosine, not Adenosine. It is disappointing to see such errors, as then it makes you question the other sections of the book.
Okay, maybe I was expecting a little too much. I have watched a lot of Dr. Park's videos and have learned a lot. However, when I reached the end of this book I found myself saying, "This can't be the end. Some chapters must be missing." For one thing there are hints on several places on the web (and in the text) that Dr. Park recommends a different method of taking TA 65. The book devotes a sentence or two to this. I wanted to know exactly when, how, what foods to take it with etc. Perhaps a whole chapter could have been devoted to this. Another weakness is that Parks does not provide a serious discussion of TA 65 clones which reviewers often say are as good or better than the TA 65. Also, how do other telomere supplements compare (e.g., colostrum)?
Now it occurred to me that Dr. Park has a ton invested in being a TA 65 provider; selling it; and providing patients with TA 65 information related to their personal needs.
